FAULTY ITEMS

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOU RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM PLEASE DO CONTACT US VIA THE CONTACT FORM WITH YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM(S) THAT ARE FAULTY AND WE CAN ADVISE YOU ON THE NEXT STEPS TO RECEIVING A NEW ITEM. 


RETURNS  AND EXCHANGES  POLICY



RETURNS 

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at LOHI we’re happy to accept returns on product that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. 

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by  LOHI when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. Luckily, our return instructions is stated on the delivery note which makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt. 

 Just send us over an email at INFO@LOHI.FASHION and we’ll be happy to help you out. 

When sending us a mail, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.  All online purchases must be returned to the specified address on the delivery note. Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you. 

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. 

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this. 


EXCHANGES 


Here at LOHI we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. 

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by LOHI when sent back. Luckily, our return instructions  is stated on the delivery note which  makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced. 

 Just send us over an email at INFO@LOHI.FASHION and we’ll be happy to help you out.  You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item. If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, 

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item. 


SHIPPING & PRE-ORDER  POLICY


  • ALL UK ORDER TAKE APPROX. 3-5 WORKING DAYS
  • ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAKE APPROX.5-7 WORKING DAYS BUT PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS
  • ALL ORDERS ARE SENT USING A TRACKED & SIGNED DELIVERY SERVICE
  • SOMEONE WILL NEED TO BE IN TO  ACCEPT YOUR DELIVERY. IF THERE IS NO ONE IN TO SIGN  FOR THE DELIVERY, A CARD WILL BE LEFT WHERE YOU CAN ARRANGE  RE-DELIVERY OR TO COLLECT FROM  THE DEPOT
  • WE RECOMMEND  USING YOUR WORK  ADDRESS OR AN ADDRESS WHERE SOMEONE WILL BE AT HOME TO SIGN FOE YOUR  PACKAGE.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS


  • ONCE A PRE-ORDER IS MADE IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED  PRIOR TO DISPATCH OF THE GOODS. PRE-ORDER  GARMENT ARE PUT INTO PRODUCTION  AS SOON AS THEY ARE ORDERED.
  • WE DO NOT  ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUND ON PRE-ORDERED ITEMS.




SALE ITEMS   deals are not returnable for refund but acceptable  for exchange base on availability only. Terms and condition apply.


LATE RETURNS   We are  unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you. 


• IN THE EVENT YOUR ITEM DOES NOT FIT YOU CAN EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE ONLY IN THE SAME STYLE ORDERED. 


• PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE SHIPMENT DATE (14 DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS) VIA THE CONTACT FORM WITH YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, ITEM(S) THAT DO NOT FIT. 

• GENERALLY EXCHANGES TAKE 7 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS PLUS THE DELIVERY TIME TO YOUR AREA. 


• WE DO NOT COVER YOUR SHIPPING COSTS BACK TO US. 


• WE ADVISE USING A POSTAGE SERVICE THAT IS FULLY TRACEABLE AND INSURED; WITHOUT THIS TYPE OF POSTAL SERVICE THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM. 


• WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST POST. 

•  ALL EXCHANGES ARE BASED ON STOCK AVAILABILITY. 


•  IF YOUR ORIGINAL ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK YOU WILL RECEIVE A CREDIT NOTE TO BE USED WITHIN 28 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. 


•  WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT ITEMS WHICH ARE STILL IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH SECURITY GARMENT TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, DAMAGED OR ALTERED.
